"This hotel, a short walk across the Arkansas River from Little Rock, was a good place to stay. The room was comfortable, and breakfast wss good. One could get to most of the major attractions in Little Rock using the hotel's free area shuttle. However, something unsettling happened when I checked out. The hotel had attached my invoice to a message it sent via hotels.com, but I was unable to open the attachment on my phone. When I asked someone at the front desk to print the invoice or at least tell me what was in it, he said that the system did not allow him to do that if the room was booked through a third party. However, I have booked many rooms through hotels.com, but this was the first time something like this happened to me. Needless to say, the incident put a damper on my stay."

"This could be a magnificent property with a location close to the hospital, and in a physically demanding location. While the room was in clean condition with fresh sheets, a working AC, the parking left much to be desired. With mud covering some of the prime spots, an open area behind the hotel with no access from the back into the building, and no signs indicating a short term parking option to offload luggage in the front. A sign noted there was no longer an option for shuttle service, the hotel van was parked in a space that would be good as a short term check in spot. The bathroom was horrid! There were huge areas of mold above the shower/bathtub, and while I'm certain the towels were clean, there were large holes in the towels. The staff at this property were wonderful. My welcome was very friendly. Personnel deserve a better spot to be a representative of. Too late for breakfast, I was offered the fruit I was seeking by the most generous and friendly service member. It's sad that the whole hospital area and its coordinating services are in such poor condition. I do encourage a check of the unit you are in for mold, especially as many are there seeking medical service support. A good manager with a thorough walk through of the property would be beneficial. "

"Clean room, but TV's not operating when checked in and the next day they weren't fixed and the wifi was down. They didn't have an ETA for any of it to get fixed, didn't seem to be too apologetic about it and only had signs that said "wifi buffering." I checked out early and went to another hotel."

"Planned on having breakfast, but no one showed up for work in the breakfast area. Staff had no knowledge and no comment other than “ I do t know anything about it”. Disappointed in the site. Check in was not pleasant either. I’m sorry, but I hope it gets better"
