We used to stay at the Adlon, but no longer. This I think is the best hotel in Berlin. Spacious well-equipped rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Glorious breakfasts. And (if you can afford it as it is not cheap) the glorious Facil restaurant.

This is an amazing hotel. The staff is great. Cleanliness is beyond excellent. The 2 Michelin star restaurant is exceptional and you can honesty eat off the kitchen floor.

Well, this was one of the best if not the best hotel I have ever stayed in! From arrival, as we arrived several hours before check-in time, the staff said the words every weary traveler wants to hear "your room is ready for you". No extra cost, just 2 room keys and a guide to show us how to get in the room, and operate all of the amenities. I knew from that moment on, that this would be a memorable experience. The room was spotless, the towels were thick and soft, without the smell of clorox. I should mention that we had the Suite Management. The view was of Potzdamer Plaza, and a glorious skyline with a balcony. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on including the pillows. They even offered to

Wonderful on all counts: service, location, food and comfort. Very pleased with the kindness and attention to detail provided by the hotel staff. The location was very convenient for tourist bus, walking and public transport with a major station across the street. The breakfast was lovely and the tapas restaurant was delicious.
