Very beautiful accomodations, although we only had 2 flat pillows on the bed, didnt realize this until after showering and ready to jump in, felt too late to call desk for more pillows, felt they were skimpy on the pillows BUT the dinner before was excellent, breakfast in the morning left nothing more you needed and location cant be beat for an early morning flight out, Property felt clean and inviting Enjoyed our 14 hrs there!

Comfortable room, decent breakfast (although missing a few typical items - and can we have the people at the egg station learn how to make sunny-side-up eggs without breaking them?), great location for an early flight, and the spa is very well equipped, which is a bonus.

Excellent location for an early flight out of Berlin. The check in kiosk was useless, but the staff was most helpful and courteous. Well appointed room with coffee/tea facilities. Spotlessly clean. Recommend.

The stay was wonderful, with the hotel conveniently located in the heart of the old town. The staff at the hotel were all professional, friendly, and helpful. The room was functional and the bathroom appeared newly renovated. The amenities such as the mini bar, gym, and sauna were excellent additions. I did splurge on breakfast, which did not disappoint; there was an excellent spread of food. I would absolutely book another stay.
