Everything you need in a room. Only let down was the cleanliness as the floors weren't properly cleaned and there were bits of pretzel on the floor around the table area. Apart from that its a good location, super easy to check in and out.

Exceptionally comfortable bed. Large room. Well-appointed kitchenette. Great neighborhood. Self-service extra towels etc is amazing. Key-less access is weird. Human support via WhatsApp is adequate, but I do miss a person on site.

Great location, large apartment, nice balcony, checked all the boxes. Was worried about noise issues after reading other reviews, but no problems whatsoever. Would definitely rent again.

If you are on a tight budget, then it’s okay

They use AI to reply your question so the answer are quite ridiculous on hotel.com. they say they have washing machine but the AI when asked he said there are none and when I found the washing machine they don’t work.

Nice apartment. Communication between Hotels.com and Numa was missing. It resulted in problems with check-in and a missing bed for one of the guests.

Es war leider sehr laut - sowohl auf der Etage 2, wo ich untergebracht war. Da waren sehr laute Nachbarn, die die ganze Nacht Türen zugeknallt und rumgeschrien haben. Wie auch die Verkehrsgeräusche von außen. Sonst war alles gut

Die Zimmer an sich waren sauber, an der Küche hats immer mal gerochen, Geschirr war nicht sauber. Tagsüber gings mit der außen Lautstärke, nachts war es schrecklich. Es war durch außenverkehr ganz schön laut.

War definitiv eine neue Erfahrung in einer Unterkunft ohne Personal ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Der Eingang und die Wege zu den Zimmern erinnern eher an Storage-Miethäuser. Im Zimmer jedoch gibt es sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten die man braucht. Kommunikation findet über einen Whatsapp Chat statt, sofern einem der Bot nicht weiter helfen kann. Ging alles recht unkompliziert, wenn auch anfangs gewöhnungsbedürftig. Frühstück wird am Vortag bestellt und am nächsten morgen in Papiersäckchen vor die Türe gestellt. Hat alles gut geschmeckt, lediglich ein Tablett oder Teller wäre praktisch gewesen.
