Everything you need in a room. Only let down was the cleanliness as the floors weren't properly cleaned and there were bits of pretzel on the floor around the table area. Apart from that its a good location, super easy to check in and out.

The location was ideal for us with plenty of bars and restaurants in the surrounding area and easy transport links to get about. The room was a decent size with a small kitchenette which had everything we needed. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is an essentials room where you can pick up clean towels and more toilet paper which was a great idea and we hadn’t come across before. There are earplugs in the room which some people will definitely need. If you are a very light sleeper then this place may not be for you as it is right next to a tram line and it is noise through the night.

If you are on a tight budget, then it’s okay

They use AI to reply your question so the answer are quite ridiculous on hotel.com. they say they have washing machine but the AI when asked he said there are none and when I found the washing machine they don’t work.

Verwirrende Buchungsanpassung, Datenleck und kein Warmwasser Gebucht über Expedia für zwei Personen – da jedoch nur eine Person anreiste, wollte ich die Personenzahl anpassen (ohne die Änderung war bei Numa kein automatischer Check-in möglich). Der Numa-Support verwies mich an Expedia. Der Expedia-Mitarbeiter war zwar freundlich, wollte für die Änderung von zwei auf eine Person aber ca. 30 € Aufpreis verlangen – obwohl das Zimmer bereits bezahlt war. Erst am Anreisetag gelang es mir nach langem Hin und Her direkt über Numa, die Personenzahl auf eine Person zu reduzieren. Kurz nach der Anmeldung erhielt ich eine Phishing-SMS. Kurz darauf informierte das Hotel über einen potenziellen Datendiebstahl. Meiner Meinung nach gab es dieses Datenleck definitiv – wie sonst hätten die Betrüger meine SMS-Nummer im Zusammenhang mit der Buchung haben können? Als ich nach diesem Aufwand endlich den Zugangscode für mein Zimmer im Numa Berlin hatte, durfte ich zwei Tage lang kalt duschen, da es schlichtweg kein heißes Wasser gab.

War definitiv eine neue Erfahrung in einer Unterkunft ohne Personal ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Der Eingang und die Wege zu den Zimmern erinnern eher an Storage-Miethäuser. Im Zimmer jedoch gibt es sämtliche Annehmlichkeiten die man braucht. Kommunikation findet über einen Whatsapp Chat statt, sofern einem der Bot nicht weiter helfen kann. Ging alles recht unkompliziert, wenn auch anfangs gewöhnungsbedürftig. Frühstück wird am Vortag bestellt und am nächsten morgen in Papiersäckchen vor die Türe gestellt. Hat alles gut geschmeckt, lediglich ein Tablett oder Teller wäre praktisch gewesen.
