Its in a commission area, although the locals did stay to themselves i did feel safe but i was cautious

For the price paid, I think it was very good. We booked the room with private bathroom and it was clean and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Very accessible to buses and the main train station is just 8-min walk.

Run by a Christian mission. For the location, their price is unbeatable especially considering the size of the rooms! Pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included, although only managed to catch breakfast on the first morning since we're late risers (breakfast ends at 9.30am instead of the usual 10.30am). Reception and the accompanying bar / store is 24hrs, they were very prompt in reply when I notified that we were checking in late, reassuring us that the reception would still be open. Only feedback is that the room floor isn't as clean as I would have liked, but understandable given they operate more like a hostel albeit with a lot of private rooms.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The hostel itself is also located in a very good location, only 10 mins walk to the train station. The rooms can probably use an update. The only downside is cleanliness. There are 4 of us that stayed in the hostel, and one person got bitten by bed bugs.

Hard to close doors quietly. More privacy would be nice in mixed dorm for dressing. Buffet was good value. Free baggage storage was nice to have. Charged for towels.

Great stay in Berlin
This is actually a student hostel. Nevertheless, we had a comfortable stay. A 15 mins walk to Berlin Central Station. Counter staff was extremely helpful. Special mention to Sonja who was so friendly & helpful.

It is absolute choice if I go to Berlin next time.
The room is clean, bed is confortable. It is quiet at night so I can sleep well. The breakfast is good with 6.5 Euro. Very value it. It is about ten minutes working distance from makin train station.
