The apartments are very nice, well equipped and comfortable. I would certainly stay in a limehome again. The only real downside is that there was heavy construction work going on in a building next to the accommodation, which meant serious noise issues from 7 am till 5 pm. Also, the internal air conditioning/ventilation system wasn’t working. Because it wasn’t that hot during my stay, this wasn’t a big issue.

I enjoyed my stay at limehome, the property is still under construction but the rooms were fully completed. I booked a rooftop balcony suite and I enjoyed the layout of the room, however I felt a little uncomfortable that the entire rooftop was accessible to all guests. I ended up keeping my blinds closed all night to ensure my privacy. I would definitely prefer some barrier between the rooms and the public use area. I still enjoyed my stay and would return however I would not get the rooftop room again.

Where to start? What you see on the websites, reviews and and booking portals is not what you get! The entry area was not cleared of snow and ice, and there were cars parked right near the main door. making it every difficult and somewhat dangerous to walk in and out. On entry, the lobby is unwelcoming and concrete (cold and dull), with musty stale smells (like stale cigarette smoke) throughout lobby, elevator and hallways. Felt like I was back at a cheap student housing. Room was clean and adequate, but basic. Construction started early morning will loud drills and workers arguing. For international traveller there was no universal socket to charge cell phones or laptops. Rooms had a stale air and smell. No hot water on one of the days (and it was winter in Berlin). This seems like accomodation for European based students, student interns or backpackers. This not the place to stay if you are on short stay business and if you are from outside of Europe. Given the experience, its overpriced and not what you see on the website or booking portals. If you are an international business traveller tread carefully - this place may not be for you.

Everything was great except for the unannounced presence of 4 men in our apartment when we came home; they were there to repair a window. A heads-up would have been welcome. Otherwise fantastic and we'd stay there again.

The water inside the shower station keeps coming outside throughout the glass door making all the washroom wet. The floor in the shower have an inclination that I think is causing the issue.

I liked everything, but I couldn't figure out how to get the warming rack working for my towel. I plugged it in and thought I hit the power button but it never got hot. Not a big deal though.

Had potential, but nein nein nein

The bed and location was nice, but thats pretty much it. The noise from the road outside was abysmal and the windows didnt shut fully, so we could hear the traffic at all times. The airconditioning didnt work, so we had to open the windows - making the noise even worse. The bathroom floor wasnt leaning towards the drain and there was no shower curtain, so we had to bathe carefully to avoid water all over and even outside the bathroom. On top of that the waterlock from the drain smelled awful at all times. Cleaning was sloppy and we found hair, dirt and residue at multiple places. The entrance door to our floor was broken for multiple days and locked people out. The cleaning staff was aware but no action was made. All in all a lot of minor issues and some major making the stay unpleasent.

Es hat nach Abfluss gestunken, und die ganze Etage hatte einen unangenehmen Geruch. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass an den kühlen Herbsttagen die Heizung nicht funktioniert hat und keinerlei Hilfe geleistet wurde. Nie wieder!!!

Totaler Reinfall!!! Nicht zu empfehlen!!! Angeblich habe ich ein „Suite“ mit Terrasse gebucht; bekommen habe ich aber eine kleine dunkle Höhle im EG zum Hinterhod mit einer komischen Kochecke/Küche, keine Badewanne. Lasst Euch von den schönen Fotos nicht täuschen. Zimmer im Erdgeschoss, direkt zum engen dunklen Hinterhof, wo auch andere Gäste rauchen! Die angebliche Terrasse ist nichts als ein Tisch und Stuhl im Hinterhof ohne jegliche Abgrenzung und ohne jegliche Privatsphäre: Sogar klopfte irgendjemand mitten in der Nacht an meiner Terrassentür!!! Im Zimmer bzw. im Hinterhof hat man kein Mobilfunkempfang (Vodafone) und auf das WLAN sollte man sich nicht verlasen. Sauberkeit ist okay aber nicht top: Die Küche würde ich nicht freiwillig benutzen…
