"Das Hotel wurde über Hotels.com gebucht und bezahlt. Vor Ort verlangte man ohne ein Wort der Erklärung, das wir den Gesamtbetrag nun bezahlen sollten. Natürlich stutzten wir, stellten Fragen, wunderten uns, dass wir über einen angeblich gescheiterten Zahlvorgang nicht informiert worden waren. Daraufhin wurden wir regelrecht angeschnauzt, das würde ständig passieren und wäre nie ein Problem - "Nur mit euch ist das ein Problem!" Der unfreundliche Ton blieb die gesamten fünf Tage unseres...
