Berliner perle lukker 30. juni 2022.

Hotellet er solgt og lukker 30. juni 2022. Skal ikke fortsætte som hotel! Stemningen er derefter på hotellet. Vi har tidligere besøgt hotellet som er placeret meget centralt i Berlin og var glade for både stedet og ikke mindst hotellet.

Excellent stay

The stay was amazing. The room was excellent and very clean. The service was great as well. Having self-service tea/coffee in the room would have been great, especially when working late nights.

Posizione eccellente, personale gentile e disponibile, pulizia molto accurata e camere ampie e silenziose. Stazione della metro dietro l’hotel. Peccato che a giugno l’hotel chiuda definitivamente dopo 40 anni di attività

Ist sehr empfehlenswert. Allerdings ist das Hotel verkauft und wird wohl abgerissen. Somit werden neue Geschäftsmodelle erschlossen

Dårlig morgenmad

Det var et rigtig pænt og rent værelse. Desværre var madrassen så hård, så min mand fik hold i ryggen. Morgenmaden var en anelse trist, og hvis man skulle have andet end en bolle og ost, kostede det ekstra. Det kunne godt have stået på hjemmesiden. Og så skulle man fortælle hvad tid man kom til morgenmad, og hvis man kom for sent, blev tjeneren fornærmet. Det syntes vi var temmelig stressende i en ferie. Beliggenheden var perfekt. På trods af pænt værelse og god beliggenhed vil vi aldrig vælge det hotel igen pga det cirkus med morgenmaden

Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen aber es wird daran gearbeitet. Was ich nicht so toll fand was das kleine Fernseher Im Zimmer, und das der Mitarbeiter and der Rezeption während seine Unterhaltung mit zwei älteren Gäste, meinte das die Internetbucher die schlimmsten seien weil sie alles am günstigsten haben möchten.... Naja.... Das der Kollege an der Bar erst ein privates Handygespräch führen müsste bevor er meine Bestellung bearbeiten konnte war auch keine Glanzleistung....

Staande lamp met metalen kern had midden in de nacht last van metaalmoeheid. Door veel kabaal wakker geworden. Volgende dag bij terugkomst konden we de kamer niet meer in, personeel vond dat we de lamp zelf kapot gemaakt hadden... Wilde dat we eerst € 450 betaalden voordat we kamer weer in mochten. Door bemoeienis zwager ( 2.05 m en ook in omvang )dimde men in . Manager zou nog contact opnemen, nooit meer iets gehoord

Ärgerlichewrweise wurde für Stunden der Strom abgestellt; man wurde nicht etwa vor der Anreise, sondern nur durch Aushänge im Hotel informiert. Der Ausfall dauerte statt eineinhalb Stunden insgesamt drei Stunden! Danach wurde plötzlich die Alarmanlage ausprobiert. Alles sehr unerfreulich und unangenehm. Ein sehr kleiner Preisnachlass wurde ebenfalls nur nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage gewährt. So behandelt man seine Stammgäste eigentlich nicht! Ich bin sehr enttäuscht!

Ich fahre seit über 30 Jahren regelmäßig beruflich nach Berlin und habe dort früher auch schon übernachtet. Nun bin ich im nassen und auch spiegelglatter Bad beim Duschen ausgerutscht und gefallen, die Dinger könnten nach 30 Jahren durchaus Mal erneuert werden, z.B. durch eine bodentiefe Dusche. Ansonsten vieles OK in dem Hause.

Ankunft: unfreundlicher Mann an der Reception, nicht hilfsbereit und gab knapp Auskunft. Abreise: freundliche Frau und sehr hilfsbereit. Beim Abholen der Koffer wieder der gleiche Mann wie bei der Ankunft; erneut unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit... Das Zimmer war ok, jedoch konnten die Kleider nicht in den Schrank gelegt werden, da dieser übel roch. Auch das Hämmern und Bohren war sehr störend und unangenehm. Alles in allem doch eher enttäuschend.

Bra hotell, bra beliggenhet.

Bra hotell, sentralt. Savnet mulighet for å lage kaffe/te på rommet. Rommet av middels stort, rent og pent. Prøvde ikke frokosten (eller restauranten), synes det var dyrt. Noe dårlig engelsk på enkelte av resepsjonistene. Det var mitt 2. opphold på hotellet. Hovedsakelig pga beliggenhet at jeg kom tilbake.
