Not bad.

It's fine but for the price, I think it's expensive. It's 17 kilometres from the centre so it's definitely not convenient. At 90-100€ a night, that's expensive. Transport links are good though. What annoys me was the noise the cleaners make outside the rooms. Impossible to sleep through.

The room was very clean and tiday. They passed through and cleaned the room, and changed towels daily. One of the things I didn't like was that it was challenging to figure out how to access the entrance to the building especially at night. They need to make it clear to people that you have to pass through the construction site. So, better signage is needed right now. It rained a bit, so it was a bit muddy at one point for us to walk through it.

CITY GREEN Aparthotel Berlin

The CITY GREEN Aparthotel Berlin is conveniently located near the S-bahn station Grünau, with a good connection both to the Schönefeld Airport and the city center. It has an amazing price-performance ratio, especially for the Adlershof area, and features facilities that accommodate longer stays (kitchen, laundry). The hotel staff is really nice and extremely helpful. The only shortcoming to take into account is a missing WiFi connection.

Therr is a fully blown massive construction around hotel , which is not properly adressed to furure guests. It causes noises , dust and workers drinking on the stairs in the evenings. Be aware as i wasn't. The hotel rate is too high for offering those conditions to the guests. The area is convenient with access to trains to get to Berlin city center

WARNING: DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!! Poorly run "hotel" in the middle of a dusty, noisy construction site. The room was dirty on arrival with goopy blue soap leaking in the bathroom sink and shower. Old ratty towels and a dusty floor was what I saw from day one. They never cleaned the room for the entire stay: only changed the sad looking towels and made up the bed with the same dirty linen. I was woken up every night by reversing trucks and construction workers right outside my window in the wee hours of the morning while it was still dark. They give you no heads up that you will be living in the middle of a construction site - notice that all the photos on Expedia are of the interior - THAT'S FOR A REASON. Just ridiculous! Barely any staff around. I noticed any random stranger could walk straight off the dusty road, into the building, right up to your door with no problem as there was no staff or locked doors up until you get to the room. Did not feel secure at all. To add insult to injury, I was charged a random extra tax upon arrival (although the rest of my group was not), and neither Expedia nor the hotel cared that much to do anything about it. If you think it's worth booking for the cheap price, think again! It's just not worth it, believe me. Take my advice and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Probably anywhere else would be better. One of the worst places I ever stayed at.

Fomos bem recebidos sim. O hotel é novo. Há uma obra no entorno. As condições atuais não estão muito boas para acesso e estacionamento. Acredito que assim que a obra termine poderá oferecer melhores condições. Bom custo benefício.

Ich war das erste mal in Berlin-Grünau. Der Stadtteil ist um so vieles anders als das zentrale Berlin. Wer mehr den Charakter einer "Kleinstadt" genießen kann, der ist hier genau richtig aufgehoben. Insbesondere deswegen gibt es von mir zum Punkt "Umgebung der Unterkunft" 5 Sterne (auch wenn um das Hotel herum momentan alles Baustelle ist und es temporär teilweise durch Baulärm tagsüber recht laut sein kann ... aber die geht ja irgedwann mal vorüber ... und außerdem kann man ja schnell anderweitig die Umgebung erkunden. Das Hotel scheint neu renoviert zu sein und das ganze Ambiente zwar ein wenig einfach, dafür aber sehr neu, sauber und sehr angenehm. Ich komme bestimmt dorthin zurück.

Miserables Hotel - umringt von Großbaustelle

Die Reinigung der Zimmer war nicht gut. Der Boden blieb dreckig, musste nach weiterem Toipapier bitten, die Duschkabine und die Ecken im Bad verkalkt und dreckig. Ein Rauchmelder hat tagelang Signal gegeben. Das muss doch jemanden aufgefallen sein..?!? Im Bad ging die Deckenlampe nicht ganz aus…. Beim Licht ausmachen brannte sie gesummt im Dauerlauf. Das Hotel ist komplett umringt von Großbaustelle. Der Weg dahin Abendteuerlich. Um 6:30 wurde jeden morgen der riesige Betonmischer angemacht. Totaler Baustellenlärm und am Ende das Auto eingesaugt durch den ganzen Baustellenfahrzeuge und Schmutz. Zudem kam zu der bestätigten Rechnung von Hotel.com noch die Bettensteuer oben drauf ( versteckte Kosten) für den Preis keine gute Wahl.
