Decent business hotel

Short stay but impressed that hot food is served until 11pm - great! Breakfast is yummy. Rooms on 5th floor can be accessed via second elevator on 4th floor. Would I stay again? Yes!

Rooms were good size and comfortable. Some mosquitoes had made their way in. Also the airport shuttle was 15€, so ended up using a Bolt.

Nice hotel relatively close to the airport. Bus 744 runs past the hotel about everyone 20 minutes, so getting connections to the rest of the public transportation system is easy. The AC in our room appeared to struggle a bit, but kept the room sufficiently cool. The beds were comfortable and the room includes a hot water maker along with tea and instant coffee. Breakfast is very nice with lots of staff in attendance. There is a restaurant too for lunch and dinner, but we did not use it.

The hotel is very convenient for those who are looking for to stay closer the the airport, service, room, front desk, lobby are great. Staff at front desk and restaurant are very nice, helpful and polite. Breakfast is not included in the price, you have to pay extra money to be included at the entrance of the restaurant or when you book the hotel, but breakfast is excellent. A/C doesn’t work properly, and you have to book and pay extra $16 box for transfer airport, because the hotel doesn’t have this service included. Basically hotels near the airport have it.

No airport shuttle

The website stated transport shuttle to airport. However not an option. Cost 25Euros for 8 minute ride. However comfortable bed and nice breakfast ( not included).

The Staff was excellent and very helpful and the food at breakfast and the restaurant were also. The Bus 744 picks up and drops off right across from the property. 3 stops to the S-Bahn station and then easy access to Berlin. I personally love not having to drive a car and this made it all too easy. One can't hear all of the noise from the airport, which was also nice. However, the location of a trucking company nearby has transports passing by all the time. Not nearly as noisy as staying in Berlin. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great deal with great food and friendly staff.

Nice Hotel but queue times were very long

The check in was quick and friendly. Had a quiet room as requested and the room itself was nice. Climate control is good to make the room cool at night as I like it American style cool to sleep. However, no amenities are included in the bathroom you must go yourself to front desk for literally anything such as shower caps. The large shampoo holder bottle in the shower was completely empty this was very poor of the hotel. Checkout took about 20 minutes as only 1 person was at the desk with 8 people in line. The hotel seems under staffed for the amount of guests and collecting my bag later for my flight took another 15 minutes due to lack of customer facing staff at front desks.
