Stayed in this hotel 10 years ago and good to see the high standard still remains. The location is close to the train station and underground so easy to get about. Hotel is clean and tidy, the staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast selection was fantastic. Will stay again on my next trip to Berlin.

Great hotel with a fantastic breakfast buffet.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and very clean. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve had in Germany. I would highly recommend H10 Berlin Ku’damm to anyone heading to Berlin for business or pleasure.

Fantastic stay at a great hotel, staff were fantastic really helpful, breakfast was great with a good range of options. Room was clean spacious and quiet for a good night’s sleep. Location is fantastic a short walk from one of Berlins main transport hubs and just off one of the main shopping strips. We’ll definitely return.

Lovely hotel! Modern, clean, well located and very pleasant staff. Rooms are spacious and well maintained. Only one pedantic criticism; tasteless and unsweet fruit at breakfast!! Other than that, enjoyable stay.

A good hotel that had a bad day

It is a good hotel with a good location. However, the rooms have started showing some age, and they should do some pest control as there was a huge silverfish roaming in my room at night.

The room was large and clean. The woman in charge of the dining room was exceptionally rude - my wife was ill in our room and she accused me of lying when I took a basket of their gluten free selection (a muffin and two pieces of toast) up to her and demanded I pay the full 25 euros for the full buffet on her behalf. Apart from her, nice hotel.
