Ein ordentliches Stadthotel mit super Frühstückbuffet und sehr freundlichem Service. Unser Standardzimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Ein,zwei Bilder an der Wand hätten das ganze vielleicht aber noch gemütlicher gemacht. Aber alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Für ein Hotel der NH Gruppe in 4 * Standard erfüllt es in kleinster Weise etwaige Erwartungen. Das Hotel an sich ist zentral und das Personal superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Jedoch der Zustand der Einrichtung ist eher jugendherbergsniveau. Keine klimatisierten Räume, an sich alles sehr heruntergekommen und ungepflegt. Frühstück war gut und wie bei einem NH zu erwarten. Wir waren nun schon in vielen NH Hotels, jedoch hat uns dieses wirklich enttäuscht. Hier kann man auch in eine günstige Pension gehen.

Ok aber für 4 Sterne eher enttäuschend

Gut öffentlich angebunden und gute Lage, jedoch recht laut durch viel befahrene Straße. Zimmer groß, aber für ein 4 Sterne Haus sehr einfach eingerichtet. Frühstück und Service in Ordnung. Insgesamt aber für 4 Sterne war ich eher enttäuscht.

Die Zimmer zur Straße sind zu laut. Das Zimmer nach hinten schon älter. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut. Das Bircher Müsli ist entweder sehr gut oder sehr schlecht, je nachdem, wer es zubereitet.

Zimmer groß und soweit in Ordnung, allerdings sehr abgewohnt. Bin eher erstaunt, wie ein solches Hotel vier Sterne hat, an einem Dienstag Abend um 20 Uhr gab es weder etwas zu essen noch eine Hotelbar, nur den schulterzuckenden Hinweis auf Getränkeautomaten in der Lobby.

Good location-interior requires some touch up job

Hotel in good location. However if someone likes to sleep with the open window Bundesallee is a pretty noisy street. Rooms are spacious and well equipped, although bathrooms are still in the seventies styles. Hallways definitely require renovations. The front desk very helpful and responsive.

NICHT GEFALLEN: 1. Bett war nicht sauber!!! 2. Reinigungskraft geht während der Frühstückszeit in die Küche mit einem Eimer, und hustet dabei mehrfach: offensichtlich Grippaler Infekt. (Reinigungsdame kann nichts dafür) 3. Direkt am Fenster (NICHT) unter dem Fenster ist Parkplatz 4. Es gibt praktisch keinen Schallschutz, denn Aktivitäten der Zimmer und Bädern/WCs (insbesondere oberhalb) sind so deutlich zu hören, dass Sie "genauestens" wissen was gerade die Nachbarschaft gerade macht/treibt/verrichtet. GEFALLEN ??? ZU LOBEN Die Frühstücks-Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und hat sich um Einweisung eines Auszubildenen bzw. neuen Mitarbeiter sehr gut gekümmert.

Mir hat vor allem die Raumgrösse gefallen, da wir zu dritt waren. Auch die Hilfsbereitschaft und sofortige Hilfe mit meinem Tresor Problem, wurde schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt unweit des Botanischem Garten( glaube 4 Stationen mit der U-Bahn).

Hotellet trænger virkelig til at blive sat i stand. Vi havde bestilt et dobbeltværelse for en enkelt nat og blev så opgraderet til et familieværelse, der var noget større, som receptionisten så stolt sagde. Det vi fik, var i en virkelig dårlig stand. Mange kvadratmeter ja men virkelig i gammel og slidt stand. Rent var det. Men ville virkelig hellere have boet på mindre plads, og så var det nyere. Vi vælger ikke dette hotel igen. Kedeligt område. Dog tæt på U bahn.

Efterårs tur til Berlin

Personale er venlige og imødekommende. Morgenmads buffen og betjeningen burde få 5 stjerner. Det eneste minus er at billederne, som er på Hotels.com ikke matcher det værelse man så får, vi havde forventet noget helt andet, men det var en god ferie alligevel
