Staff were amazing, my room had a bathtub which I always enjoy when in a hotel, location is perfect although technically not in the centre, Berlin has many districts all very accessible from this hotel. If you are gay then this hotel is perfect for many bars etc. around. The station is a 3 min walk. The rooms are super quiet and proper black out curtains if you crave darkness, nice spa on top floor also. My only negative comment is there no bar, however there are plenty around.

Had a great stay there. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was really nice with a great bed and was very clean. There is a mini bar but i didnt use it and all things seem to have been thought of for however you would like your stsy. Everything is walkable and lots of bars and eating places nearby. Woukd definitely come back again.

Very good location, friendly staff. Good room and bed. I liike their SPA facility. However the bathroom and toilet is together. After showering, the water didn't flow into drainage, so it caused the toilet floor wet all the time.

I had read previous reviews about unwelcoming staff / unfriendly atmosphere. well I can absolutely say that couldnt be further from the truth. Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. Always a friendly smile and polite chat from the staff. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and the rooms have everything you could ask for. They are also cleaned daily if needed. The facilities are also great the spa area was a perfect wind down after a long day out exploring. 10/10 would recommend, and we will be booking a break here again in the new year.

Staff was amazing and friendly with every encounter. I did have an issue with the heat and air condition which they acted fast to bring me mini fan and heater. The junior suite was nice I stayed on the 5th floor. My room was exactly under the gym and heard every weight being dropped every morning. I still think this was a great hotel to stay in.

Awesome and Clean hotel

Very nice hotel, great location. Kettles and mugs are provided in the room. Housekeeping and front desk staffs and are friendly and attentive. Definitely will book this hotel again next time when traveling to Berlin.

Loved this property, we had a junior suit and it did not disappoint. Lots of good quality restaurants within easy walking distance. It’s right on the edge of the gay area so could walk to lots of gay bars. Easy Uber transport into heart of Berlin for museums and other cultural visits. We would stay again.

First Choice

My favorite place to stay in Berlin. Located one block from the Wittenberg-Platz U-Bahn station, so getting around the city is fairly easy. The rooms face the courtyard, so there is hardly any street noise. There are a number of restaurants and eating places in the area, and the hotel has a restaurant specializing in cuisine from the Caucasus region.
