"The high points for our stay was the perfect view across the water at the colorful historic buildings, the great breakfast buffet variety available each morning and the professional friendly staff. The negatives: #1 - The bathroom sink leaked below when in use (my feet became wet while brushing my teeth). No maintenance staff was available on weekends so they moved us to a similar room on a higher floor. #2!!! - curtains were nice BUT they hung down over the room heater. I was concerned enough...

"Logement bien placé, proche du port et de toutes commodités pour y accéder à pied. Mais le ménage n’est vraiment pas irréprochable, le plan de travail était légèrement sale, des toiles d’araignées présentes dans les combles. Pour le prix c’est ok mais il ne faudrait pas payer plus chère. "

"Enjoyed my stay at Hotel Norge located in the beating heart of Bergen’s city center… As it is my first time in Norway, everything seems aesthetically beautiful and wonderful…quite a welcome eye opener. "I wish I had known that our room was on the 5th floor, attic apartment with a sloped roof. I'm tall and could only stand upright in the center of the room. I also wish I had paid attention that there was no elevator. The whole building has been beautifully renovated, but the apartment on the top floor does not look like the photos, because of the sloped roof. I appreciated the washer and dryer though. And the location near the ferry and the historic part of town was convenient. "
