Worst Hotel I have Ever Checked Inn

Had to Check inn as we arrived late,nobody to take the Baggage to the rooms.Shabby rooms with insects and reptiles. No Hot water for Bathing in the Morning.Tried to talk to the Hotel staff,they agree about the condition but are helpless.The manager was interested in coming out to help. Ultimately we decided to check out and we shifted to another hotel but this hotel has denied us for the refund of the unused night.We also spoke to Expedia about the same and after checking with the hotel they were also denied about the refund. This hotel is not worth 30 Usd and Have paid about 125 for the same. They only care about the money and not the Customers. I would request Expedia to take action against the Hotel.

Hotelanlage in Abstiegsnot + teuren Ausflugstouren

Das Hotel wurde in den letzten Monaten um 3 Deluxe-Zimmern aufgestockt. Das von uns bewohnte Deluxezimmer liegt wie alle 9 Deluxezimmer zur Strassenseite hin und man wird dort schon ab 6 Uhr morgens vom Lieferantenverkehr gestört. Danach wird man ab 7 Uhr von laut quasselnden Hotelmitarbeitern aus dem Schlaf geholt. Die Zimmer werden nur oberflächlich täglich mit Kehrbesen und mit Wischmob ohne Wasser gereinigt - in der gesamten Hotelanlage ist kein Staubsauger vorhanden! Die toten Moskitos, welche die Zimmer-Vorgänger am Zimmerspiegel hinterließen, waren auch noch am 21. Urlaubstag sichtbar! Die Kalkränder auf dem Bad-Waschtisch wurden 3 Wochen lang nicht entfernt. Insgesamt 5 Schachteln mit aufdringlichen Geruchsperlen waren in unserem Deluxe-Zimmer verteilt. Falls die gebrauchten Handtücher nicht auf den Boden gelegt wurden, dann gab es auch keine neuen Handtücher! Im gesamten Hotelkomplex herrschte eine Stimmung wie in einem Überwachungsstaat.Zu keiner Zeit wurde für die Hotelgäste eine Kommunikationsmöglichkeit eingerichtet: kein Barbetrieb mit Beleuchtung und Urlaubsmusik, keine musikalische Untermalung während desn Essenszeiten - es wurde auffällig vermieden, daß die Hotelgäste miteinander gesellig werden konnten. Es gab keine Kontaktmöglichkeit in deutscher Sprache an der Rezeption, obwohl 95 % der Hotelgäste deutschsprachig sind! Die angebotenen Ausflugstouren sind absolut überteuert und werden nur in englischer Sprache durchgeführt.

freundlich aber laut

Leute waren sehr freundlich, guter Service, sehr schöner Garten und pool, leider haben die Leute an der Rezeption nicht besonders gut Englisch gesprochen, Zimmer war sehr laut, Klimaanlage hat sich angehört wie Hubschrauberlandung, Kühlschrank hat laute Geräusche abgegeben, Blechdach von Garage direct daneben (war bei Regen so laut, dass man kaum schlafen konnte)Besitzer war sehr nett, hat uns am Abreisetag bis zum Nachmittag bleiben lassen, Essen war sehr lecker

Goed hotel om je vakantie rustig af te sluiten

We hadden dit geboekt via Expedia inclusief ontbijt - bij het hotel wilde ze ons wel de prijs van het ontbijt nog in rekening brengen. Zwembad en de bedjes aan het zwembad allemaal goed geregeld, heel fijn personeel ook. Niet opdringerig maar wel de helpende hand bieden wanneer jij dat vraagt. In tegenstelling tot andere hotels. De kamer was super!
