"Dated but clean. The road leading to Bayshore building needs to be repaired. The staff was helpful but very young. AC in our room was excellent and it was quite clean. The carpet in the hallways was smelly and needs to be replaced. I would suggest a newer building. There were lots of activities offered and water equipment readily available. "We were in Huntsville for dance competitions for the weekend. Luckily we only were here one night. We booked the King bed and pull out sofa for two adults and one child. "The staff were lovely and they opened the breakfast up early for the Ironman event (4am). However, the property needs better upkeep and cleaning. It was quite dirty and things are broken and falling apart. The smoking area is right by the door, dirty bucks of water by an entrance, dirty carpets and broken banisters. Our toilet kept breaking and there was no fan in the bathroom. They need a higher standard of cleanliness."
