Amazing staff however hotel not worth the all inclusive or wellness upgrade. Was suppose to receive a bottle of Cava and got a cheap €2 wine. Restrictions on drinks and times. Snack bar food was terrible however main breakfast, lunch and dinner was nice. Spa was amazing definitely 4 star with the pool features was lovely, however the rest of the hotel was like a 3-4 Star. Rooms very noisy especially with cleaning but nice rooms, clean and balcony see view great. Location nice and close to beach 5mins walk. Overall nice stay.

First time in Benidorm and the hotel was amazing. New Years Eve was icing on the cake. The hotel made it extra special
