Nice place with an amazing location, the beach is across the street and many restaurants close by, we took an appartement with 2 bedrooms and it was huge with a big leaving room and 2 bathrooms.

Room good, inside and staff good. Extensive Work going on outside and signage for hotel and parking was totally inadequate making it really difficult to find and park in. Entrance was temporary and hidden from road. Otherwise inside good and staff friendly and helpful.

It seems this property is being renewed, convenient location in front a bus stop and good restaurants in a walking distance. If you are renting a flat bring the soap to do your dishes and your eag to dry them.

Excellent value for money

This property is excellent value for money. It is near Xanit hospital where we need to visit regularly and we always stay here. Apartments are spacious. Amenities are good including a laundry room.

Flatotel International didn't meet my expectations. While the location was good and the hotel had some basic amenities, the outdated rooms, average service, and lack of comfort made it feel more like a 2-star experience than a 3- or 4-star hotel. If you’re looking for something simple and budget-friendly, it might work, but don’t expect much luxury or attention to detail.

We didnt had good experiance, WIFI was so poor it would only connect at some places in flat, wouldnt't connect in balcony, every morning they start some building work making so much noise. Pool was closed for couple of days, supermarket in building was closed for entire stay and games/archade room was also closed. Rooms are quite tired with bathrooms extremely in poor condition. Not sure how they are getting good ratings, perhaps from before few years. Only good thing we liked was cleaning every alternate days and location of property is good with sea views and close to bus stops. You are stuck for shopping as their supermarket is closed and opens only peak season.

Wouldn’t stay there again unfortunately…

This hotel is nice in a way, but it’s missing so much stuff, when you read reviews about the pictures being different than the room BELIEVE THEM! It’s definitely different, the pictures must be from another hotel. I didn’t complain about this as I was only there for 2 nights so I didn’t want to get stressed out but every time we went downstairs near reception we heard someone arguing about different missing things… The food was good, what you would probably expect from half board, the service was excellent, the servers really went out their way to help you out, Patricia, Maria, and the Bar guy, amazing people! They definitely make the hotel a better place! Unfortunately we were there while there was a student participation/sports week and it was FULL of high schoolers and they were not polite, to be honest that they were there wasn’t what bother me , what bother me was that I couldn’t get to the ice cream or had no eggs in the morning because they were taking everything and getting in front of you at the queue and the elevators were taking forever because this kids were playing in them, literally no one was stopping them, if I would have know this would have happened I would have NOT paid to stay there, because you go for relaxation and not to be run down by a bunch of high school rude students. I suggest next time you organise your selves and let the kids eat at a certain time and in a certain area, so everyone is happy…

Shocking experience

Building works to main entrance so had to walk round to a side door, shop closed, pool bar not open, hotel full of kids running and shouting through corridors at night= shocking experience no manager available to complain too

The property seems to have a continuing contract with schools to host school age children on their property which they should declare this fact on their advertisement . It was a nightmare , the noise , screaming children , the yelling of their teachers, and exhausting staff day and night . I would not recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation .

The stay was unfortunately horrendous. Multiple complaints to Reception regarding other guests and noise, with no offer to resolve. Ultimately ended up checking out a day early to try and make sure we were ok for flight home following day.

4 ladies l stayed in Flatotel We had a 2 bedroom appt. 1 bed was broken.. 1 toilet of the 2 we had was broken and leaked and we were told there was a problem with it before our stay. We were not offered another appt as the hotel was busy. So it ruined our holida. The manager said there was a problem with the toilet. We were offered a free night if we ever stayed there again.

The apartment size and location were pretty good. The main parking area is not easy to locate as it's kind of hidden and has no clear signs - you have to walk around to figure it out. The rooms are decent sized but the appliances are pretty outdated. There is also no indication that you have to insert your room key in this vague, random little box for AC/Heat units to work. The staff is helpful but they also missed that detail when we mentioned the heating wasn't working. They do have cutlery but have to get your own detergent to wash them. You also need to turn on the fridge manually and that wasn't clear either. Overall, a good experience but these small nuisances one needs to be aware of.

Mouldy shower, photos different from reality

The apartment was spacious, but the shower was mouldy. The sofa bed was ripped. The door separating the bedroom kept banging if the window was open, we blocked it shut with our trolley bag which then got a thick layer of dust. There was no soap in the toilet when we arrived. Whilst it was spacious, it looked very different from the pictures on hotels.com and for me personally had a depressing feel to it. Upon informing the hotel, they said they would clean the shower, they refilled the soap promptly. Then they realised it was mould in the shower and said they would send a technician. I asked to swap rooms and they refused. I asked for a refund for the remaining time, and they said i need to deal with hotels.com. they said if i wanted to move hotels i needed to checkout by 12pm. Then they allowed for 1pm as the technicians to look at the mould hadnt arrived. I contacted hotels.coml who tried contacting the hotel and couldnt get thriugh to the approving manager. Mould is not safe, by this time I was fed up and wanted to move. I was unable to take a shower. Hotels.com eventually agreed to giving me credit to move to another hotel. Flatotel only apologised when i checked out. Ive noticed that when there are issues to do with money, the hotels are not interested in dealing with the customers and point us towards hotels.com. Technicians came to assess the situation. What they ended up doing i dont know, as by that time i was so frustrated id left. no ETA for fix given.
