"Fairly new hotel so everything looked great."

"Beautiful hotel. Staff are very friendly and the food was fantastic. My only complaint is that our room was in modst of updating and not finished yet so the tv was pluggged in but don’t work. There were no chairs or art work in the room and the bathroom had no shelves for toiletries in the shower so had to be put on the floor. Also one of our towels was old and frayed looked like something I’d use for my dog. "

"Room was clean and ready when we arrived. Front desk had us checked in in 10 minutes after we came in the door. Breakfast was fresh and ready at the time they said it would be ready."

"I had to book at very last minute because of family emergency. I was so relieved to see how lovely my room was! Room 15 Clean, SMOKE FREE, and roomy. The staff were very courteous and friendly too! A good choice for the price!! "

"Quaint, clean property with easy parking, and cozy, wood-paneled dining room. We had dinner on the earlier side (drinks, salad, entrees all outstanding with great service to match) and took a scenic evening stroll by Thames Parkway. Ended the night with a movie on Netflix (included), and the next morning enjoyed a lovely brunch spread of fresh fruit, pastries, smoked salmon, bacon, eggs, and potatoes. Did not have time to try the spa services, so can't comment there, but maybe next time. Would...

"The staff is lovely, and helpful.. almost too helpful. The restaurant on site is a separate entity…. The server was lovely and extremely helpful, however the food, freshness and cleanliness- was not up to even par…. Don’t eat at the breakfast buffet, very limited ;( and disappointing. "
