"It was as expected dog friendly clean. I decided to stay a extra night paid for the second night exact same room not a upgrade . Staff charged me 17 dollars for the exact same room. I was disappointed but i was gona leave my review on the app to show my distaste for the whole thing that is one person imagine all the the ppl the price gouge on there own credit card machine . "
"I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt I do believe the cost for the room per day was higher than I would have liked. Also the cost for parking is quite expensive. Overall I would come again. "
"The staff were so friendly and helpful. I left my jacket in the room after checking out and didn't realize it until I was at LAX. They were so kind and retrieved it for me and let my daughter pick it up since she was staying an extra day.The jacket is very sentimental to me and this was so kind of them to check for me. The rooms were so comfortable as well. Such a nice vacation."
