The room overall was ok. The king bedroom was cleaner and more spacious. I complaint is about the staff. The eoom was booked incorrectly. I immediately called the hotel to inform them of the mistake. I spoke with Sam who informed me to contact expedia and he would take care of canceling the booking. He then told expedia that he would cancel but not refund the money. Expedia did what they could to help me out. I gave the room to someone else as a present. At that point Sam blew my phone up and called me 3 times. I didn't answer. I understand politics but i also understand that the decision was up to Sam who refused to help.
