"When my friend and I checked in, the receptionist told us our reservation included complimentary breakfast. The next morning we enjoyed a breakfast before heading out, and our waiter handed us our tab before we even finished breakfast. We mentioned we had a complimentary breakfast to which he later informed us he would double check with the receptionist. Later the manager returned and informed us we had to pay for our breakfast. She did not make any accommodations for this inconvenience and misunderstanding. We were really disappointed by the lack of professionalism."

"The check in was easy and the staff were lovely. They have complementary coffee every morning. Only thing is we were on the ground floor and we were woken up every morning by the room above us walking around as the ceilings were very thin. Great for access to the parks!"
