The room and bathroom were very clean. The hotel location in Torrance is near many wonderful restaurants. The staff was very attentive. The mattress and pillows were the most comfortable by far of any hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We just had a wonderful stay.

Clean and relaxing hotel. Stayed 1 night before joining a cruise out of the LA port which was only 20 mins away. Best part was the wet room, which was Japanese style with a deep soaking tub and shower next to it. Parking was easy and there were retail/food options nearby. Polite and courteous staff!

I had a great stay at the Miyako Hybrid Hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well kept. The staff was super friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in was easy, and overall the hotel had a really nice atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay.

Front desk staff are super friendly and professional! The public spaces are beautiful and well maintained. The room we stayed in was very clean but somewhat worn. Bed needs replacing - there was a huge sunken spot in the middle. Bathroom and shower were clean! However walls are very thin in this hotel - we heard television from next room and snoring from room below!!

From the beginning we were impressed by the clean and spacious room, the courteous staff, and the amazing breakfast....the 20% one time discount on breakfast was an added benefit. The hotel is also centrally located to the freeway, shopping and restaurants in the Torrance area. At street level, the area is very clean, quiet, and safe. We will definitely stay here every time we're in the LA area.

I really enjoyed my time here. It was a beautiful atmosphere and the customers service was phenomenal. They have two parking lots, a safe location with many great restaurants/ food nearby also everything is very close. If your visiting la for the major tourist spot it is about 30-40 mins taking the back streets but if you take the highway its about 15-20 mins. Their security was awesome i felt safe at this hotel and the area itself. I also tried their spa and i got a lil discount because i was a guest at the hotel which the spa was also amazing. If ever come back i would be staying here again.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic front desk. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was beautifully presented and the staff was very courteous and polite. Wonderful offering of Japanese style breakfast and American style foods as well. The rooms were spacious and quiet. Did not have a chance to see the gym nor the pool. Great location. Would stay here again.

The property was very nice and clean. There was also a lot of parking available. The staff were very nice, especially Yoko at the front desk who assisted us with check-in. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Our stay was enjoyable and restful. I really liked the Japanese experience when it came to amenities and comfort. The blackout curtains and noise free environment guaranteed a great night sleep. I felt very rested and slept comfortably on the mattress and pillows. The room was impeccable as far cleanliness and the 12pm checkout is more than adequate.
