"The hotel was under construction. We were put on the 2nd floor and most of the rooms were being redone. Hallway was dirty with supplies in the hall. Not great and paid top dollar for the room."

"Where do I start.
The tv didn't work.
The phone didn't work to call about the TV.
The floor boards were all separating.
Bathroom a little rough (walls & trim have been wet than painted over)
Saw a cockroach in the hallway.
Breakfast was poor, coffee horrible, juice watery, bagels and bread for toasting. Hard boiled eggs in bowl on counter. Waffle maker that's it."

"From the minute I entered the lobby, there was an indescribable 'aroma'. Although my room appeared to be clean, there was the distinct odor of must and urine. I haven't stayed at a Best Western in years and I certainly don't intend to book a room in the future. The absolute best thing about this location was the young lady who tended to the breakfast room. She was courteous, friendly, helpful and kept the available items well-stocked."
