"A lovely hotel right by Grand opera house. Lovely food, comfy bed. The quilt was way to heavy and stiff. There was no yogurt left in the bowl at 9.30am. I asked for more, but 10 mins later still non. There was also no berries left. The lady brought a new bag, filled the bowl, but they were FROZEN ..."

"Staff was great in sorting an issue with the room however would prefer a view of the city if in a king executive room rather then a restricted view. As the double rooms seem to have a better view then some of the executive rooms so something to keep in mind when booking."
