"Although the hotel looked nice, the room was ridiculous. We got a family room which was supposed to have 3 beds. There was absolutely no room to walk around or put our stuff down. The air conditioning, TV and phone were all broken so it was a long hot night. There wasn’t even an iron in the room. ..."
