建議巡一下拋棄式紙拖鞋，打開都是粉塵，應該是放太久了整個碎掉。 浴室洗髮精沒有了。 室內隔音超差，完全可聽見室外聲音，還可聽到一樓車聲，隔壁超吵。 謝謝後續櫃檯小哥幫忙處理重複刷卡退刷，謝謝。 但說真的不會再考慮這間，因為隔音真的差。

飯店的隔音設備真的很不好，外面走路講話我們房內都聽的一清二楚！在房內可以聞到附近上下樓層有人在抽菸的煙味！讓人很不舒服！但房內有溫泉房間空間大還有小客廳沙發算好的

非常令人傻眼的飯店，為了安排求婚的行程，線上已提前預訂，同時亦去電三次聯繫確認是否有誤，但入住時卻告知未訂位，說飯店已滿房，雖在兩小時之後有安排房間，但已無心入住，只好轉住其它鄰近飯店，對此飯店的基本服務，實在不推薦。
