The only issue I had was my room a/c wasn’t good. The night wasn’t too warm, so it didn’t affect my stay. Staff were helpful. I didn’t complain about the a/c because it would have been too much trouble to switch rooms. The room was very quiet even though my window faced the road.

The hotel was fairly nice for China standards, but it left me disappointed for the Hilton. The rooms were nice and beds comfortable, but the air conditioner didn't work very well. The air conditioner wasn't fixed even after asking for them to send a worker. We were told it worked fine, but it never cooled to the temperature set. My mom couldn't communicate with the staff in English, and housekeeping wasnt' provided every day. It's in an older quiet part of town with a 15 minute walk to the nearest subway stop. There is a Starbucks and Pizza Hut in the lobby though. There weren't international TV stations available and the hotel WIFI kicked us off our VPNS. Our stay was comfortable but not what I would expect from a Hilton hotel.

This place is a bit far away from the metro station. It took me, a relatively fast walker, about 15 minutes to get there from the nearest station. It might be challenging for people carrying larger suitcases to get to the hotel on foot. Nevertheless, there is a Pizza Hut that runs till 10 pm that I could access without going outside and there is a pretty decent breakfast place right across the street if you did not have the breakfast option booked. Some minor complaints here, first, the front staff seemed to be having problems with room keys, telling me most of their room keys are non-functional. Although they got me a working one in the end, I had to wait for an extra couple of minutes. Secondly, not sure if this is Expedia's issue or the hotel's issue, but the front staff told me that they have not received the payment for the stay while I clearly paid for it when I made the reservation. I still ended up staying at the place with no problem but there was some confusion, to say the least. However, this is still an excellent hotel with welcoming staff and all the service you would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn.

I recently spent 14 days at a hotel in Beijing, and my stay was a mixed bag. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. However, several aspects of the stay left much to be desired. One of the major challenges was the language barrier at the front desk. The staff members struggled with English and relied solely on a translation app, which made communication difficult and frustrating at times. Despite this setback, the housekeeping staff was exceptional. They were prompt in responding to any requests and maintained the cleanliness of the room to a high standard throughout my stay. One particularly uncomfortable aspect of the stay was the absence of air conditioning, attributed to government policy even in the relatively warm month of April. As a result, some nights were uncomfortably hot and humid. However, after lodging a written complaint, the manager, aptly named Dragon, intervened. Dragon, who spoke perfect English, provided a portable air purifier/indoor exhaust system, which significantly improved the room's comfort level and made the stay more bearable. Despite these challenges, I ultimately rate the hotel five stars. The convenient location, excellent housekeeping staff, and the manager's proactive response to the air conditioning issue outweighed the difficulties encountered at the front desk. Additionally, the presence of reasonable restaurants within walking distance added satisfaction.

Clean, easy check in. The restaurant was not open for anything but breakfast unlike the listing. There is a pizza hut and another restaurant next door on the ground floor just be aware they dont speak english at all.

O hotel é muito bom. Entretanto o ar condicionado dos quartos foram bloqueados em 25 graus. Por mais que a temperatura externa esteja baixa, atrapalha dormir. Felizmente no segundo dia o funcionário Éric conseguiu um turbocirculador de ar e melhorou.
