I wanted to stay in Sanlitun area and hotel was 5 mins walk to all the shopping. Hotel was clean and comfortable and was well priced. Good value hotel in the Sanlitun area! I'd stay again.

Awesome stay

The staff were super friendly and very helpful, special thanks to the manager on duty, did a superb job connecting residence at all time. Maybe only thing to improve on is the food that they can provide for residence

Big room with comfy bed. Good breakfast options and free coffee and fruits all day & night. Internet is OK. Hotel building contains another hotel, which makes it confusing. At the time of the stay, there was loud construction outside and the nearest metro entrance was closed.

Not worth it

The power went out in my room not too long after I got into the room and I had to wait for someone to come fix the key card box. The shower also did not drain properly and puddled. These are things that should be maintained before guest check in. Staff were nice and bed was comfortable but for the price and a supposedly 5 star hotel, this was nothing outstanding and I was not impressed with the overall quality

Great location

I stayed for three nights in a king room. Location was what I liked the most about this hotel. It is a short walk to Tuanjiehu subway station, and a short walk away from the Sanlitun area. A cab ride to the airport in the morning takes about 45 minutes. Traffic will be brutal in this area but if you plan on taking the subway or taxi, it shouldn't be a problem. The hotel has a youthful vibe to it, similar to Ovolo/W/Aloft hotels. The quality of the room and service was very good. It used to be a state owned hotel but has been renovated recently so everything was quite new. My room didn't have a minifridge, but I didn't need it. The only thing I felt was missing was sticks/spoons for stirring for the nespresso/tea station, since I like to add sugar to my coffee. Overall, I enjoyed my stay very much and I hope to stay here for my next trip to Beijing.

Disappointed

This is part of my business trip that i stayed at the Stey Apartment and decided to move up to Bei for one night during the weekend. However, due to “central aircon” policy, the city stopped to supply for cool air, and made the room very stuffy. I can work with no cool air since it’s 15-20 degree in Beijing now. What’s unacceptable is - the AC was even functioning, there’s no fans, to air, nothing. I called and eventually had to go to reception seeking solutions. It ended up with disappointment and nothing they could do.
