"Staff are excellent Rooms are quite small , Food is expensive but good"

"Nice place to stay, very handy for dog walks at the back of the golf course. In a handy place if you want to go to the beach it's about a 5 minute drive to Barkley beach, only 4 miles to Rhyl."

"Had a strange smell, reasonably clean, beds ok! Staff at main reception were rude and not very helpful with booking activities and found it costly to access swimming"

"Spot on thanks "

"Very nice caravan in Rhyl parts right outside which is a bonus, but we had to bring our own bed sheets which was a bit strange. But everything else is great."

"Amazing, truly an exceptional cottage. Has everything you could possibly need. Excellent communications. Was met by Sue, the host at check in. She went through everything I needed to know. The cottage is situated opposite the Eagle and child pub. Delicious food, super friendly and great value for money. Will definitely be returning. "

"Avoid like the plague. This place is unfit to stay in. I had expectrd outdated and basic but what we got was filth, disrepair and no privacy due to the missing blinds in main areas. I eventually got a full refund from Expedia, having pointed out breach of statutory rights and the owner's own...

"So close to the beach which was great for the dogs.house was lovely and clean "

"It was reasonable value for the price, clean and tidy. The bed was extremely comfortable."

"Specifies no dogs yet the caravan smelled of dogs there was dog bowls a dog mat and a sign in the caravan saying clean up after any pets, not good when you have allergies. Also no cleaner had bedn in before our stay, if they had they nedd sacking"

"Don't bother. Told on arrival the kids swim times are 8-10am and 3-5pm. That was never mentioned during booking... it's made worse by the fact every family then turns up so you can't actually swim. Oh and they don't even have towels to use (because it's busy). Lodge was really dirty including chewing gum on pillow and the food is worse than school dinners (went elsewhere after one meal... nearby pub called Blue Lion is amazing). The worst part is following a complaint we'd made with a list...
