"I l8ved the freedom of the kitchenette it was like home from home."

"I recently stayed at this Holiday Inn for two nights during a business trip, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The hotel building itself feels quite outdated and worn, and the exterior was not particularly clean or well-maintained. My room was located around 5–10 minutes away from reception, and the only access was on foot via a route that was not straightforward or convenient. As I was travelling for work, I had to carry luggage and equipment back and forth from the car park multiple times, which made the stay unnecessarily tiring and inconvenient. The room itself was also below expectations. It was not properly cleaned, and the carpet had large red stains, which was quite off-putting. Overall, the condition of the room felt tired and in need of a complete refurbishment. Breakfast was another letdown, with a very basic and limited selection compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at. Overall, this stay did not meet the standards I would expect, especially for a business trip where convenience and comfort are important."

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The room could not have been cleaner and the staff were so lovely. Overall, we were really disappointed with the food. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and didn’t eat our food. We were also disappointed with breakfast."

"Lovely hotel in nice area Had a beautiful Suite - room 35 the Garden Suite - could not fault Fantastic member of staff on reception called Asha. So helpful and lovely to be greeted by after a long day of travel."

"Was given a room the first key did not work they had to find another key When we entered the room smelled like smoke so had to ask for an air freshener to try and get ride of the smell The shower only had hot water which ever tap you tired Would not recommend or stay again"

"Rooms were too cramped. The carpets in the hall and inside the room were dusty and smelt bad. The pressure in the showers was inadequate. Breakfast was ok and parking was sufficient even for a late arrival. "

"We did not feel the breakfast was value for money. Our room was clean although it was freezing cold. For a club room it was disgraceful."
