There were many areas where the room was deficient - no towel bars, nowhere to hang clothing, no internet connection, but it was a very good value as a place to stay while I was visiting the area. I wasn’t expecting a resort, but I really liked the manager. He was very friendly, courteous, and helpful!

Staff was pleasant. I almost didn't check in because my first impression was of the lobby being very smelly like smoke and body odor. Rooms were clean though the furnishings were run down. For instance, the armoire door was jammed shut and we had to pry it open to access the refrigerator. The sink basin was also cracking. Room smelled very musty and even though it was a non-smoking room, it also smelled like smoke. Pieces of the plaster ceiling were falling. The pool area was covered in dead potted plants.

Quiet, very frw guests. Extrermly poor maintanence! Dirty furniture and very worn. Toilet paper moldy as well as wall behind toilet. Shower curtain had paint on it and was dirty! At least bed was clean and comfortable!

I wouldn't (if you have a choice....)

Disgusting room - toilet seat hadn't even been cleaned! Stained chairs and bed sheet, everything was sticky. Exposed wires, including the smoke alarm hanging only by the wires. Very little water pressure in the sink. Domestic dispute happening outside the room. No outlets available to plug into. On the bright side, at least the bed was comfortable. And the host was nice. But there's a reason there was a sign that said No Refunds.

Update needed badly!

Customer service was great, very friendly guy checked us in and helped us. The front office smells like cat pee not a good impression at all. The room ceiling has parts falling from the paint, outlets one was half way out the wall, sheets were stained, sink was cracked .. it was BAD! THIS PLACE NEEDS AN UPDATE BADLY!!!!

Check in was quick and easy. No issues with key card. Glad that I brought Lysol wipes as the entire unit needed a good scrub. Found dead bugs on window sill when I tried to open window to air out unit. Instead had to prop open door. Flies were consistent roommates. Left trash and towels beside the door (multi-night stay) as I saw others doing the same. When I returned, the trash was not picked up. There was a new bag of fresh linens. Trash cans are nasty and need a good soaking and scrub. Internet was sporadic with a hotspot. TV occasionally froze. The good news: floor plan good, new floor in bathroom, water was hot. Rooms clearly labeled and easy to find. Fridge and microwave in room (both dirty). Oh, and the pool is not in operation.

The place is a bit of a dump. They are obviously investing the bare minimum in keeping it up. The TV remote only half worked. The minifridge was totally iced up. I could only get a couple of lights to work. To be fair, the staff were nice. The room was clean enough and it was a decent place to stay. I got a $60 rate, including all the taxes and fees from Expedia at 2:00AM, so I got what I paid for and I'd stay there again if I just needed a place to sleep.

This is the only time in my whole life I have ever left a hotel because I could not stay there! There was crumbly brown dirt looking debris on top of one of the beds that continued in the same pattern all the way through the blanket, the top sheet and the fitted sheet. There was no way we could stay there. Every single surface was stained. It did not smell clean. It advertises a pool but it's actually just full of plants which I've never seen. The parking lot was unsafe and there seemed to be a lot of issues with illegal activities going on in the few seconds I was out there. The check-in desk was a small room that smelled strongly of cigarettes and while the attendant was friendly enough, they had signs posted up all over the place saying no panhandling and refunds. I'm contacting knights inn because I would not want my company's name associated with a place like this. Please don't stay here! The comfort inn 2 seconds away was less than $10 more and was a wonderful experience!

We had never stayed at a Knights Inn before so we thought we give this inn a chance before the other nearby brands. We had spiders and long term webs on inside bedroom window, ripped chairs, ac was blowing black ashes unto bed, dusty refrigerator cabinet, sink clogs, dirty walls, dirty bathroom, broken bathroom door, and ceiling was a metal outdoor rusted a mold looking cover. Positive- the ac works well. Dry disappointed.
