"Fabulous location , set in its own grounds so very relaxed . Stella is simply the most wonderful host , very kind , very friendly and very helpful. Our room was and remained spotless , whilst the property is maybe no new , it’s impossible to age as everything was immaculate . Great aircon and decent shower. "My overall impression of that hotel: Never again! The attitude of the staff does not correspond to a 5* hotel, but rather a cheap hostel. "All-inclusive" statement is false - only cheap and low level drink is included. Any normal wines and cocktails are at the additional cost. Shouts and attitude of the local staff are just killing the vacation mood."

"It was a modern comfortable property. The pool was clean bright and inviting. The living accommodation had all those amenities that one would expect for a relaxing holiday. There is no washing machine and it would have been nice to have but it looks like this is common in Crete. The coffee machine in our room was not working and the shower was the only room that needed more attention. But none of these would make us not wanting to revisit and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to...

"Die Unterkunft war sehr komfortabel und großzügig geschnitten – viel Platz und hohe Decken sorgten für ein angenehmes Wohngefühl. Trotz Fenster nur an der vorderen Front war es überraschend hell. Die tägliche Reinigung und das bereitgestellte Wasser im Zimmer waren ein schöner Service. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Lage nahe der Altstadt – zentral und dennoch ruhig. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und hat uns sogar mit einem kleinen Gastgeschenk überrascht. Restaurants gibt...

"Kind staff. Very helpful with top tips and the location was great. On the last day it rained so we were allowed a later check out as we travelled with our young daughter. The team were kind enough to give a cover for our push chair also to ensure we did not soak in the way down to the bus station. Lovely place, historic and beautiful buildings. Can’t go wrong"
