Entry to the room and hotel relied on a four-digit code you had to put into a keypad, which also activated the electricity. "Beautiful boutique hotel in the old town, spotlessly clean, very nice courtyard with swimming pool and sun loungers, we had breakfast outside by the pool. It was my birthday and wedding anniversary and the hotel gave us Prosecco and fruit plate to welcome us. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay again and would recommend Pepi Hotel. Thank you. "

"Building, courtyard with pool, and rooms were very nice. Bathrooms however were not well maintained and showers had issues such as not having a mount on the wall to hold the shower head and not having shower curtain and plugged drains. The bathrooms desperately need to be updated. The breakfast was ok but other hotels we stayed at in Crete had much nicer breakfast selections. "
