"We had a lake view suite. Staff very courteous and attentive to our needs. Loved the location with the boardwalk to shops and restaurants. Room had ample space and clean. Bed was very comfortable."

"The room was impeccably clean. The kitchen has everything you need, and the bed is so comfortable. The staff was warm and friendly. One minor issue is that their visa/debit isn't working for security deposit which needs to be fixed as all hotels have this as an option in 2026. But the staff waved the security deposit to fix the issue which was perfect. I love that they have rides to and from the hotel and amenities (clubhouse -restaurant and pool). "I was staying overnight in Bracebridge ahead of an event the next day. I was welcomed warmly when I arrived, even though I was relatively late. My room had recently been renovated and was super clean and in great condition. I appreciated that there were plenty of towels, and soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers. It was a brief but great stay."

Noticed that several of the guests were construction workers who walked about the halls & lobby in their work boots which will deteriorate the premises very quickly, perhaps they should be encouraged to change their footwear prior to checking in or at least clean their boots. "It was clean and inexpensive. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you need a room for a night or two and in the area for an event it was fine, but no inside pool, hot tub or breakfast."
