"The resort in older but well maintained and well kept, incredibly picturesque. The only negative might be the hill and stairs you need to navigate to get to the beach. Anyone with mobility issues would struggle. It didn't affect us but it might be a issue for some. All of that said, I realize that the resort can't really help it but maybe making it obvious to travelers would be helpful. "
"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff from the front desk to security and catering are all very friendly. The room is clean with a comfortable bed. We had a good time at the pool too and were glad there were tons of towels available at the pool to use. The location is super convenient to get around. Will definitely come back here in the future. "We wanted a last minute get away and the Fairy Lake lakehouse ticked all the boxes. It was small, quiet, on the lake with a beach, kayaks, sups and canoe at our disposal. The lake has ducks, and even a beaver was spotted from the dock. The water was lovely.
We were close to everything, tree top trekking, golf, Huntsville, hiking trails and even kawartha dairy. Our room was exceptionally clean and quite spacious. For my teenager there was wifi and a big screen tv. I would definitely return...
