Until the check out time. We were requested to stay just an hour in the room waiting for the van to come and pick us up because of the bad weather storming attack and left us hanging around the reception area Hiding not to get wet :(

"Number one thing that we loved about Bacau Resort are the staff. They are very friendly and accommodating. They know how to handle and take care with their customers. The rooms were clean and cozy. Although the room service food was slightly disappointing, overall we would still highly recommend this."
"Big room, nice pool, friendly staff, just a few minutes to walk to the „food street“ so just the normal noise from chicken/dogs and some cars driving by. They have to fix the sink in the bathroom and clean the fan but i can really recommend staying here "
"We had a great stay at charms hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the ferry and transports. The breakfast was also diverse and good, with fresh fruits and delicious pancakes/waffles. But also with a filipino touch :P
The hotel is also close to the downtown with tricycle. Finally, the pool is super nice to have a relaxing time."
"Very nice hotel, good service with front desk helping us book/organise our island tour, car to airport, and tuk tuk into town. Room was clean, large and spacious and pool was nice during hot days. Breakfast buffet was great and the restaurant was a lovely place to watch sunset. Overall great stay."
"Due to flight cancellations, we checked in the morning of our check out date. We were still welcomed regardless and we were able to have our complimentary brekky and a decent lie down until it was time for us to move hotels. "
