Nice stopover

Good location just on the outskirt of city centre. Easy check in/out with friendly staff. Comfortable clean room. Nice breakfast. Outside patio area to relax in. Restaurant not open on a Sunday evening. Would stay again for an overnight stop.

Wonderful Staff but location not good.

Hotel was dated and very noisy, person above had TV full volume until 1:30am. Had an adjoining door in our room, person in next door smoking and coughing all night. Traffic outside was very noisy. On the plus side Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Had an enjoyable evening meal which was very tasty.

One of the better Campaniles

One of the better campanile hotels, not as run down as others such Rouen Sud. Staff friendly and helpful, plenty of free parking and perfect for the motorway. Definitely would stay here again.

Very poor hotel

We left as soon as we arrived. It was disgusting there. The first room stank of smoke and the second room offered was next door to someone running repair business down below in the car park.

Disappointing overnight stay

The bedroom was shabby compared to other Campanile hotels. Only 2 threadbare towels, a tear in duvet cover & poor quality pillows. However the staff were very friendly & the food was good. A coach load of teenagers on a school trip were too noisy at night for us other guests

Hôtel a éviter. Conditions d'hygiène déplorables.

Hôtel a éviter. C'est preferable de dormir dans la voiture. Il y avait des gros travaux a l'hôtel pas mentionné sur le site de réservation. Les chambres sont vieilles, sales, mal entretenues. Les accès aux chambres sont sales, peu visibles et franchement font peur. Le parking est ouvert sans surveillance. Les chambres sont presque pas nettoyé, on a du changer de chambre 1 fois parce que état de nettoyage et l'odeur de moquette sale et pas entretenue etait impossible a supporter. Attester par la recepcioniste de service. La 2 eme chambre etait pas becaup mieux. On aurait dû partir mais il etait tard et on etait fatiguées. Les matelas etait pas en bonnes conditions et les coussin etait plein de tâches jaunes, la moquette avait des enormes tâches partout. On s'est réveillé le matin avec des morsures sur le corps qu'on avait pas la veille. On est parti au plus vite puisque en rendant la clef et personne nous a pose aucune question sur notre séjour. Plus jamais je ferais mes sejours dans cette hôtel où cette chaîne d'hôtel. Je ne recommande pas a personne. Cette hôtel devrait être fermée au ferme au public.
