โรงแรมใกล้พิพิธภัณฑ์เบย์ แอเรีย ดิสคัฟเวอรี, ซานฟรานซิสโก

"Good location but Old buildings, as it was a former army base. Hotel did a good job with modernizing the inside of the rooms as much as possible, but the exterior of the buildings still resemble drab, uninspired base housing. Grounds were kinda dumpy. Staff never offered valet or help with bags to the room. View of the golden gate made it nice (but clean windows to enjoy the view would have been nice as our windows were very dirty and stained with god knows what) Overall for the price, was not...

"Overall good property with helpful staffs"

"I always stay at this hotel when I visit San Francisco. The location is central to public Transportation and there is a near by grocery store and many great restaurants. What really brings me back for multiple visits is the reliability of the cleanliness of the rooms. Every style of room I have stayed in (double beds, single, upgraded rooms and basic tiers) are all fantastic. The staff here is very professional and helpful as well. They allow you drop off your baggage early before check in and...

"There was a hidden charge with name as facility fee / charge which was around $110 that I had to pay. Expedia should have told me about such a charge if it exist."

"When we arrived on Friday night, Dennis was very helpful and shared some great information. We had a great four-night stay, the staff was friendly, our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s location was right in the middle of everything."

"Very comfortable stay in a well maintained modern property ideally situated close to Fisherman's Wharf and both cable car and tram terminals to explore the city."

"The location was fantastic, and loved the provided parking for our car. Great value for the price!"

"They don't have coffee makers in the room. And you have to get one at check in and carry it to your room yourself. When I asked why, he said bcs they took a survey and people complained about having coffee makers in their rooms. So they took them out. Look, just don't gaslight me the moment I check in. You want to save money, I get it. But this was just flat out weird. Then I was asked of Amy email so he could send a receipt. I was told it wasn't for marketing. And I immediately started...
