The villa was wonderful and the pool was amazing. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating or helpful. They were fantastic! The only thing that was inconvenient was the location. It was slightly off the beaten track and transportation had to be arranged ahead of time.

The staff was amazing, very kind and always around to help with huge smiles . The food in the restaurant was pretty disappointing though, I ended up ordering out or just not eating almost every night I was there. The welcome book mentioned a fully stocked mini bar but there was no such thing anywhere in my villa. The remote for my air conditioning broke twice. I loved my private pool and villa but this is definitely a budget accommodation . If you have the cash stay somewhere near central Ubud.

This property was perfect for quietness, with only the sounds of the birdlife. Every morning at 6am there was chanting sounds for five minutes. For me, the other all condition of the property was adequate, if you can overlook the minor repair works that were needed, sweet! I had a villa with a pool, the A/C worked fine & the pool was refreshing to jump into after a long day of adventures. Breakfast was included in my package, very basic, but enough. At the time i was there, many Indian tourists were too, the kitchen accommodated them by putting on an Indian dish each breakfast. The staff were wonderful & very friendly! If you get the chance to have Katut as your driver, you will be in safe hands... Overall pleasant stay, would definitely stay thrre again. Thank you to all the staff.

The location was great as it's quiet which is what we wanted. We ate in our villa due to mobility issues. Food was almost cold and frequently orders were wrong due to the poor English of the staff. The pool was nice, the bedroom was big and very clean but the bathroom smelt really bad and the smell never went away. There were cooking facilities but no utensils. Limited cutlery. No kettle. A kettle was brought and a fan as there were no fans in the living area. We left after four of our seven nights. Disappointing as it looked lovely. The Sapphire Villa is definitely a budget option. We left thinking they are still recovering from closing during Covid and did the best they could.

They advertise a restaurant but never had a full menu available. They advertise a bar, but only have 1 beer option and nothing else. They left us stranded at the airport and did not communicate to us our driver was not going to make it. Communicating with them was impossible when we were still in the states.

Very relaxing

This property is beautiful, every detail reminds you you are in Bali. Definitely a good place to relax and super helpful staff. Location however is a bit out of the way, which we wanted for a few days to relax but just keep that in mind. Staff are more than happy to help with taxi services though

Perfect for us in every way!

We absolutely loved every moment of our 5 nights at Bumi Linggah. Everything suited what we were wanting perfectly for our holiday. From the friendliness, helpfulness and generousity of the staff, to the spaciousness and peacefulness of our Villa with private pool, amazing large outdoor bathroom and breeezy open lounge area, to the location which was quiet but still walking distance to stock up our supplies. We had the best and most relaxing stay and we plan to stay at Bumi Linggah again. Thank you Bumi Linggah for making our stay so special!

Nice villa BUT....

Nice and secluded. Clean and quiet. Staff is amazing. Bugs and ants literally everywhere. Have bites all over my legs and arms. Water completely went out on the second day there. Couldn’t even flush. Food is absolutely terrible and room service takes forever to bring it. Outdoor soak tub is nice but takes 4 days to fill up. By the time it reaches halfway the water it’s already cold defeating the purpose. Most likely would not stay here again

Beautiful property and helpful staff

This property is simply beautiful - the place is very close to Bali bird park and Zoo; and 30 min away from Ubud by car. Ample parking space if you get your own car. There are no pets of owner Place is kept very clean - big spacious rooms Even though villa has trees and semi-open bathrooms, there are no insects that may trouble you The staff is very friendly and tries to help you One thing that can be improved is quality of breakfast - there are few options in buffet but not very tasty.

房間乾淨度：房間很髒，有很多小動物：老鼠，青蛙，壁虎。要求換了兩次房才勉強住下。綿被有黃漬，血漬。住四晚都沒有換。飯店距離離市區實在太遠（1小時距離），附近很偏僻。根本不可能靠走的出去。後來老闆覺得不好意思才免費提供飯店車帶我們去Kuta市區。

Perfect Getaway

Complimentary shuttle from/to airport made the trip hassle free.The villas with private pools are amazing (don't be surprised to see geckos and toads) and the amenities are wonderful. Staff is friendly and accommodating. This is the place to be away from the traffic of tourist areas but close enough to access. So peaceful and relaxing.

Dårlig.Hotellet ligger nesten midt i slummen.dårlig renhold på uteområde i villaen.Mye maur i dusj,uteområde i villa.Mye hundestøy og hane som skriker.Resorten er full i frosker som holder deg våken hele natta.Baren har kun øl og brus.Veldig langt fra nærmeste by.ca 1,5 time med bil.Frokosten var god men hotellet har nesten ikke utvalg i andre retter ved lunsj og middag.Wifi er elendig.Personale kan veldig lite engelsk.Alt i alt ett hotell som var langt under våre forventninger.

probably wouldnt return

the staff were generally very helpful and the free shuttle into ubud was really great..on the downside the breakfast was pretty ordinary and when we arrived for breakfast on our third day there was very little left no fresh fruit or juice... if you like an indonesian breakfast its fine but they dont really cater to westerners...although the room was serviced everyday they could improve on a few things...we had to repeatidly ask for top ups for coffee and milk and one morning we didnt have coffee cups..the bowl of fruit should have been freshened up or removed not left for 3 days going off..also the shower either ran stone cold or pipping hot ..and we found this very frustrating.

가족들과의 여행으로 3명이 4일간 묵었는데, 풀도 크고 침대도 넉넉하고 시설도 좋아서 매우 좋았습니다! 다만 아침 식사 메뉴가 부실하고, 우붓이나 꾸따 등 유명 지역에서 멀리 떨어져있다는게 단점이었네요. 직원들이 친절하게 슈퍼마켓/공항/근처 해변까지 데려다줘서 위치에 대한 불편은 어느정도 경감되긴 했습니다만, 불편하실 것 같으신 분은 좀 더 번화가에 가까이 묵으실 것을 추천합니다.

Very nice villa with good service. Villa is located far away from the city centre but free transportation service provided. Nice staff and they are really helpful!

nice villas, not far from a lot of places

resort staff were excellent and the general manager andri was excellent help, we were treated very well, they helped us out a lot and will go back there again
