Nice little family getaway

Overall experience was good for a short 3-day family trip. Location of hotel is perfect, close to nearby eateries and attractions. Only observations were used utensils after room service were left outside our door for 2 days before clearance. When we requested for ketchup during breakfast, it took the staff searching for awhile before giving to us.

The room is spacious. Location is good and convenient. Opposite is The Store. Room rate quite reasonable and room service & buffet breakfast price is cheap. We had a pleasant stay

Exterior looks good, interior needs furnishings. More parking lots would be perfect as seminars are often held at the premises. Returned to hotel without a lot, made coupled of rounds to locate one. Parking is important to in house guests. Suggest designated lots for seminars held at the premises.

The room is okay and the aircond working well. The TV channel is basic. The toilet is a bit old and needs refurbishment especially the tub (got repair cement that almost peeled off again). The water fountain not operating, otherwise may look good from the front of the hotel. Breakfast is okay for most but the rice maybe overcooked that day. Plain water has to be requested, and it maybe good to have a water dispenser in the common area instead.

The entire 6th floor where my room located was filled with a smell of molds. I found a non-operational phone & a leaky toilet to start, than I found a bathtub that looked like it's never been cleaned for months, as it's been covered in a layer of black-color grease, and finally, one of my pillows was badly stained. I was offered another room after pictures of bathtub was shown to the front desk. 2nd room was cleaner then the first one, but not by much! No paying customers deserved to be treated this way, hopefully steps are taken to improve their cleanliness so others don't have to endure what I have experienced.

Choice Hotel For A Comfortable Stay

It was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall satisfied. The only complaint if any is that the room was not very sound proof. You could hear the water running in the next door bathroom and will disturb you if your neighbour is an early bird.
