"I picked this motel for its proximity to WU Medical Center. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable bed, and it was very clean throughout, Joy, the desk receptionist, was very friendly and helpful."

"Friendly staff"

"The room and hotel felt and smelled very clean/nice. Decent breakfast offerings and really nice staff. Good location too. Less than 5 mins to down town and Safeway very close as well. The floor was very squeaky in our room, which made us take awkward paths in order to try not to disturb those below us. We would happily stay here again!"

"Very clean, efficient."

"The staff were great. Location is awesome. The room was good as well. We didn't try the breakfast. The timing just didn't work for us. I'd recommend this place."

"Few years ago we stayed at the inn and got really nice room. This time we stayed at the inn and got very uncomfortable room. There was only one chair to sit even though there were two of us. And they had a little table/setae that was so uncomfortable. So the only place to sit and relax was bed and that made the stay not very enjoyable. There were several thing that were broken in the room too. One of them is closed door. The other was window shutters."

"Room was perfect, as was staff and location. Amazing staff!"

"Not full handicap parking on site. My full size vehicle was too tall. Was able to find street parking around the corner. I couldn’t shut down the in room HVAC. The heat/ac was off but the fan continued to run all night sounding like running water. Kept waking up from the noise. I couldn’t get the desk lamp to work. For the cost, I didnt expect issues but it was for only one night. It was just close to the venue and wanted to feel safer than other choices."

"It was perfect."

"pool didn't work but still had fun"

"There’s no sofa in the room; only a lounge chair and a desk chair. I’ve been staying with my son for two nights. My son sat on the lounge chair, and I used the desk chair. It was very uncomfortable. It was my first time staying in a hotel room without a sofa. Also, there was not a curtains for sleeping at the window. Good thing, you can wake up early."

"The location was great. Room on the back side was quiet. The room had a powerful cleanser smell that we decided smelled mostly like clean cat litter. Breakfast was nothing special. Waffle was the only good hot food."

"The instructions in the room about getting your vehicle out of the parking garage are incorrect. The management has admitted this needs to be updated, but they haven't done it yet. You need to scan the original paper receipt from the parking garage when you leave the garage, NOT the key card from your room. Otherwise, our stay was very smooth and we were very happy with the room."

"Good view of space needle"

"You can probably park on the street if you prefer."
