"This hotel was the worst I've stayed in! The place was run down and the person at the front desk was lacking severely in customer service, eye contact or common courtesy. I asked if there were extra blankets in the room, she said without looking up, you would have to ask for one. No further response from her. "It was a very walkable area with many close restaurants nearby. The room was clean but had a ridiculously expensive minibar in the room so bring snacks and drinks so you will not be tempted. I asked for a late check out due to my cruise time and was granted only one hour. I do not suggest this property for pre-cruise accommodations."

"Great stay. The host was very responsive and space was beautiful. More than sufficient laundry facilities, privacy, and lovely location. The only drawback was parking. If you have no need for a vehicle, perfect otherwise you may need to hunt down a spot some days. It really depends on time of day and day of week. Street parking but it's free so that is a bonus. I met some really great fellow travelers as well."

"The parking can be difficult to navigate if you are not familiar with the area. I was not aware that I had to register at one location and stay in another, so that was a bit overwhelming. Also, not having a bathroom in the room was a bit frustrating. However, the property itself was great, and the staff was extremely helpful!"

"The property was in a great location with wonderful staff, but for the price not the greatest. Rooms were okay, rips in the couches and bedding. Pool is really enclosed and dingy. Mold inside the hot tub. Place needs a refresh."

"Initially no water as they were working on repair or maintenance, unbeknownst to us. Then the workers continued right out our door til 8 pm. Annoying but tolerable. Dudnt linger any longer than necessary do no clue on breakfast offered."

"Although we had a brief stay, It was a lovely and comfy stay. Josiah was extremely responsive to my many questions. And the instructions from checkin to check out were clear to follow. Location was super close to where we were working and had a lot of yummy food nearby. I highly recomend this place for anyone visiting Seattle."

"What a beautiful old building, redesigned to accommodate all us travellers. Only here for a day for work but what a lovely place. History is firstly pretty cool and then the building and design is great. Following on from that it’s far enough out but close enough to be in of all those places you could easily walk too. The docks are a taxi/uber ride but everything else is so accessible. The staff were so helpful and nice it’s got a cocktail bar and a breakfast cafe. Felt special to be a guest."

"This was our second Oxford location we’ve stayed at and we absolutely loved it even though it was for a short time. It’s close to a lot of stores and restaurants plus the waterfront is a huge plus! I’ve noticed with both stays, they had the exact same breakfast. I wonder if they do switch it up from time to time. Otherwise, no complaints"
