"The staff is not in the office every time, so must ask them to make the room. Otherwise, you can't get towel and bottles of water. Even they make the room, there are sands even on the bed. You can choose 5 different foods for breakfast and they were so so to compare with other guesthouse. They requested green tax at $3 per person/per day, but we already pre-paid to Hotels.com. Since we chose the all-inclusive plan, we were able to fully enjoy our stay without worrying about costs. The optional snorkeling tour was also wonderful, as we got to swim with many fish. "Amazing 3-day stay at Ranthari! Rezaul and the entire friendly, professional team made us feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms were modern, spacious and very clean. (It would be nice to have more hooks or a clothes line to dry out our swim gear). The food was fabulous, and we loved eating our meals outside under the palms at the beach. (We stayed at a nearby luxury resort after we left Ranthari and did not recieve the same level of service and care.) The Ukhulas tourist beach is long and walkable, with a beautiful, long reef an easy swim from the shore. "
