"The hotel was clean, and the staff were absolutely excellent—courteous, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was great, though the pool is quite basic.
The only issue we encountered was with room amenities. We traveled as a family of five (two adults and three kids) and booked two connecting rooms. Since there were five of us, I requested just one extra pillow so everyone would have one. However, I was told that hotel policy requires an additional nightly charge per extra pillow. It felt like a bizarre policy to charge a family just to have one pillow per person.
Aside from this strange hidden fee, everything else about our stay was perfect. Location was excellent, 3 mins walk to ferry terminal."
