Beautiful Marina Bay
Beautiful resort stay by the marina. Had to travel further into the marina to the resort. Resort is a little run down.. can be better if it is more well maintained. Towels have stains. Hot water heater not working. Checked in at 6pm and room seems to be not ready.. waited for awhile before we were brought to our room. Air con in the room was not cool, thought maybe needed more time to get cooler but it was still warm.. hotel staff took 1hour then manage to rectify and helped us changed our room at midnight. Food was so-so. Overall a little pricey for what it’s worth.. still a good experience. Beautiful view by the marina.

Nongsa Vacation
It was a nice resort. Except it was raining all day for both days. Room was good with sea view. The TV was a little "difficult" TV controls was not friendly, I could not control the volume. Cafe menu was a little limited.

Fake photos of actual property. Rooms were dirty and lacked basic amenities like hand towels, bath soaps. Bathrooms were Very dirty. Closets were not cleaned, had empty shoe boxes. When complaint to front desk about deceiving photos, manager acknowledged that photo are not actual representation of state of current condition and didn’t apologized. I feel like property cheated us. Expedia should blacklist this property.

Good: great setting, good design of lobby & restaurant, great sea breeze at all times, transportation reliable and professional, nice pool, friendly & helpful staff Room for improvement: chalet rooms a bit old, all rooms need some paint and touch-up work, all closets quite dusty/dirty on arrival, not enough trash bins or bathroom floor mats, not enough hot water in showers, bathroom floors get very wet after showering/bathing, restaurant food quality/variety okay but food not kept very hot in warmers, fruit juices too watery, toaster not working well (and staff couldn’t fix problem), lots of oil from ships on beaches and rocks. Overall, resort looks great online, but in actuality, is somewhat rundown and not well-maintained, definitely NOT a four-star resort, I expected much better for the price I paid (over $800 SGD for four nights).

Overall the service of staff is good, condition of hotel room is alright and food is nice. But will be even better if improvement can be make for the below points: Will be good to look at the aircon system and the small kerb outside the hotel room (risk of tripping if did not notice it) Suggest to allow guest to order from ala crate menu even if there is a buffet lunch plan for that day. Suggest to have organise the check in and check out process. Guest are standing around the reception waiting and not knowing who is next in the line.

Pillows are dirty with stains and not maintained. No hair dryer although pay 400 over Sgd for a nite at 3 prrom chalet. Have to wait 1 to 2 hours before you are served dinner at their restaurant. Service is too slow. Breakfast is supposed to be served from 7 to 10 but before even 9am some items are already not available. Not a must come place. Disappointing for the price paid.

shower head too low, bathtub too small. Pool was not so clean at that time. a lot of fallen leaves were floating. Overall the service was great because staffs did a great job they were able to hear out all our request, i salute them for a job well done.

The only good feature of stay is the 3 room apartment for 8 of us. We are happy to be staying under one roof. But evrythg else is mediocre. 21A is far away from beach, restaurant, pool altho there is the resort transport on call 24 hrs. The interior is very old, furniture is dirty and shabby. Requested 3 pcs of bedsheets fr housekeeping just to cover the 3 huge sofas. Wallpaint is pale already, does not look like touched up but the curtains are new & bright. Didn’t touch the kitchen altho we do use some teacups & bowls. We bought a lot of food & snacks so there’s no cooking. I feel gross to use its kitchen utensils. Sat in the room bed mostly. I used the room below and toilet flooded after evry shower. Surrounding of chalet was remote. The place looked deserted and plants are not trimmed or cared for. Rubbish strewn around. I could imagine the area would have been a beautiful place if cleaned up or tended to. And if interior decor is given a facelift would have been a wholesome place to stay for a memorable vacation wf fmly. I’m sure to comeback if improved!

Nice resort close to the beach
The resort is quite big and close to the beach, staff are helpful and polite. Facilities are ok except a bit old and wear out for the doors, overall it is a nice place to stay 😀

Nice pool and lobby area, our room was very dated and the whole resort looks like it needs some tlc, nice quiet marina with pleasant grounds to walk around.

Hotel.com booking stated complimentary daily bar. But hotel did not honour as the confirmation did not indicate. Condition of hotel is quite old and besides a restaurant and pool there are no other amenities. Food choice is limited. Hotel only served buffet lunch and dinner on Friday/Saturday.
