"The room was clean, the lake view from my room was pretty nice, the restaurants' staff were very friendly and attentive, the overall atmosphere was good and the hotel was not overly crowded. Great that there is an Eska spa in the hotel as well. However, there was this female frontdesk staff who was a little rude - on one of the days, I went down to the frontdesk to ask her about what the complimentary coupon for the lobby bar entails. "I simply love the place actually...our room no. 115 was just perfect n clean. We enjoy d the stay, the food, the spa n the water sports available.. Just a little something to highlight Abt their spa...massage and the masseuse were good but...the place lack of the smell of being in a spa...aromatic smell n calming music adds to the experience. We come across the spa centre by chance while looking around the place. Didn't know it was operating until we stepped in to ask... They should have put up...

"The hotel is anazing so spacious , the room is normal size but value fir money with safebox coffee maker. A fantastic buffet breakfast included with the price. Walking distance to shop and ferries and a great disco"
