"What a GEM of a place! The gentlemen at the BnB was kind and works really hard to keep this place in tip top shape. He is kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The BnB is very clean and comfortable, everything we expected and more. I wished we had plan a day or two longer in Assisi, we would have been at home here. Breakfast is a pleasant dining experience. The hostess is kind and attentive. The décor is cool and modern and fresh. There was whqr appearwd to be a repaored leak which left a mark in our room. Great rain shower! Walkable to everywhere in Assisi. Picturesque. I want to return already.

99% of the TV cable is Italian, all streaming requirments with an account, the Annex suites do feel far away from...
"Schönes Hotel mit großem Parkplatz und Restaurant. Die Doppelzimmer sind relativ klein, aber ausreichend und sehr sauber. Für Italien sehr guter Wasserdruck der Dusche. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und die Zimmer gut klimatisiert. Der Innenhof ist sehr schön gestaltet und das Restaurant absolut zu Empfehlen. Wir haben im Hotel E-bikes gemietet und haben Assisi damit erkundet. Die Basilika ist ca. 10 min entfernt. Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. "
"Beautiful hotel! Beautiful people working there. The room and location was amazing. Only complaint the pillows were very hard, all of them!! AC wasn’t quite as cold as we are used to but very nice and comfortable. Area was super close to the Basilica of Saint Francis with an amazing view. Would definitely stay again. "
