"Localização excelente, no centro histórico, em plena rua de pedestres, próximo aos locais de interesse, aos restaurantes, lojas e estacionamento. O atendimento foi muito bom e gentil. No hall de recepção que também é o local do café da manhã, havia uma máquina de café, biscoitos e frutas disponíveis o dia todo. O banheiro foi o ponto fraco, pois o box de banho não é totalmente fechado, o que causa muita molhação do piso do banheiro a cada banho."

"Very good stay at the President! Excellent location. Rooms were clean and spacious. Good bathroom and the bed was comfortable. Our room had a view of the river and the beautiful mountains that surround Sarajevo. Breakfast was good; lots of choices. Front desk staff could have been a lot more helpful with some direction requests but otherwise the rest of the staff were great. Would recommend."

"Var ny ägare sedan förra gången vi bodde här. Då var allt fantastiskt bra. Servisen på topp nu fick man varje morgon påpeka att saker fattades på frukostbuffén t ex. Annars är personalen både trevlig o hjälpsam. Städerskan är fantastisk en eloge till henne."

"We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights . The location could not be better ! The old town with food and shopping were but a minute or so away. It is though located on a very busy road that has the tram running along it so it was very loud. The accommodation was a bit rougher around the edges than expected with some extra cleaning probably needed in some places but not bad for the price."
