"Communication was bad prior to our stay. We messaged them and they never got back to us. Check in was extremely slow and so was check out - the staff kept getting distracted and didn’t process our requests efficiently. Other than that the staff in the restaurant were fantastic and attentive and remembered us for breakfast. The pool was good and the loungers over the pool were great. "

"Not as expected. When I booked this hotel after good reviews and seeing all pictures with tourists, I thought this ideal location for stay in Agra. Unfortunately I was wrong it’s not as clean as I expected and had small room. Bathrooms had flies inside. Staff were good and helpful. It was not ideal as other chain hotels. It’s like what you pay is wha you get!!"
